How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for popular tours, and 1-2 months for trekking packages during peak season (October-November, March-April).
Do you provide travel insurance?
We strongly recommend travel insurance. While we don't sell insurance directly, we can connect you with trusted insurance partners. All our tours include basic liability coverage.
Can I customize a tour package?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom itineraries. Just fill out the contact form with your preferences and our team will design a personalized trip within 24 hours.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour date. Between 3-7 days, a 50% fee applies. Less than 3 days is non-refundable. Custom treks have separate policies.
