Located north of Kathmandu near the Tibetan border, this trek takes you deep into the heart of the Langtang Valley, often referred to as the “Valley of Glaciers.”

The trail passes through dense rhododendron forests, traditional mountain villages, yak pastures, and high alpine meadows before reaching the spiritual settlement of Kyanjin Gompa. Surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks including Langtang Lirung, the region offers breathtaking sunrise views, glacial landscapes, and authentic local hospitality.

Day 01: Arrival In Kathmandu

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our team will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring the vibrant streets, cafés, and local culture of Nepal’s historic capital.

Day 02 : Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,600m) – 7 hrs

Your journey begins with a scenic jeep drive north of Kathmandu through hills, rivers, and rural settlements. The road follows the Trishuli River before reaching Syabrubesi, the gateway to the Langtang region.

Day 03 :Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,560m) – 6 hrs

The trek begins along the Langtang River, crossing suspension bridges and passing through dense forests of oak and rhododendron. The trail gradually ascends to Lama Hotel, a peaceful stop surrounded by forested hills

Day 04: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3,430m) – 5 hrs

As you climb higher, the valley opens up and mountain views begin to appear. You pass through traditional Tamang settlements before reaching Langtang Village, rebuilt with resilience after the 2015 earthquake

Day 05: Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3,850m) – 4 hrs

A shorter but scenic walk through yak pastures and alpine meadows leads to Kyanjin Gompa. Surrounded by dramatic snow-capped peaks, this spiritual village offers stunning Himalayan views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Day 06: Hike to Kyanjin Ri (4,773m) – Sunrise View & Return – 6 hrs

An early morning hike to Kyanjin Ri rewards you with breathtaking sunrise views over the Langtang Himalaya range. After enjoying panoramic mountain vistas, descend and continue trekking down toward lower elevation.

Day 07: Trek Back to Lama Hotel

Descend through peaceful forests filled with rhododendron and bamboo while enjoying final mountain views along the Langtang trail. The journey offers a relaxing walk beside rivers and traditional Himalayan settlements.

Day 08: Trek to Syabrubesi

Continue trekking downhill through lush hillsides and scenic villages as you make your way back to Syabrubesi. Celebrate the completion of your Himalayan adventure surrounded by beautiful mountain landscapes.

Day 09: Drive Back to Kathmandu

Enjoy a scenic drive back to Kathmandu passing rivers, terraced fields, and rolling green hills of rural Nepal. Upon arrival, spend the evening relaxing or exploring the vibrant streets of the capital city.
