Panch Pokhari Trek | 7-Day Sacred Lakes Trek Nepal
About This Tour
The Pach Pokhari Trek is a hidden gem in Sindhupalchok District, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty, spirituality, and authentic mountain culture. Named after the “Five Holy Lakes,” this peaceful trail takes you far from crowded trekking routes into a region where nature remains pure and untouched.
Located northeast of Kathmandu, the trek gradually ascends through rhododendron forests, alpine meadows, and traditional Tamang villages. As you reach 4,100 meters, breathtaking views of Jugal Himal, Dorje Lakpa, and the Langtang Range unfold before you, creating a truly rewarding Himalayan panorama.
Beyond its scenic charm, Pach Pokhari holds deep religious significance, especially during the Janai Purnima festival when pilgrims visit the sacred lakes. Ideal for trekkers seeking tranquility, culture, and moderate adventure, this 7-day journey offers an unforgettable experience close to Kathmandu yet beautifully off the beaten path.
